Welcome to Space for Perinatal Wellbeing
This program will help you learn techniques to manage symptoms of low mood and worry during the perinatal period.
Over the course of the program you will develop practical strategies for understanding and dealing with the emotional changes that people tend to experience during the perinatal period.
- Understand the role of your emotions and their impact during the perinatal period
- Focus on developing healthy sleep habits for you and your baby
- Prevent and manage the symptoms of low mood
- Differentiate between types of worries and learn how best to deal with them
Space for Perinatal Wellbeing consists of six modules. Complete these in your own time and at your own pace over approximately six weeks.
Each module contains text, video and audio clips as well as interactive and engaging activities that will help you to manage undesirable symptoms and regain control.
